Fertitta Entertainment COO Scott Marshall outlined their vision for this pop-up happening just outside the East Entrance of the Texans' NRG Stadium, via Eric Sandler of Culture Map Houston.
"We are excited to introduce fresh, new dining options to the Rodeo. We wanted to honor Texas ranching traditions while pushing ourselves creatively -- bold flavors, premium ingredients, and dishes that feel both nostalgic and exciting. It's refined and designed to match the energy of the rodeo itself," he said.
During the Houston Rodeo, the 1932 Cattleman's Club will offer a variety of expertly crafted, familiar cuisine. A 'Midnight Cowboy' Dog, smoked-brisket nachos, loaded potatoes, shrimp bites, and the usual burgers will be available for on-the-go viewers. There will also be a dining area that's perfect for family lunches and dinners.

The 1932 Cattleman's Club steakhouse offerings consist of a huge 40-ounce tomahawk ribeye steak from R-C Ranch in Houston, a New York Strip sourced from HeartBrand Beef in Hardwood, and a wagyu prime rib. Visiting fans can also get buzzed with a cocktail bar and beers while enjoying exquisite chows like maple-glazed quail, hamachi crudo, and even crab and lobster rolls.
"The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is part of the fabric of this city, and opening 1932 Cattleman's Club here -- in our hometown -- is incredibly special for our entire team. This concept is a true tribute to the Rodeo's history, Texas hospitality, and the legacy that began in 1932. We're proud to bring something entirely new to the Rodeo while honoring the traditions that make it so meaningful to Houston," Patrick Feritta, the director of Fertitta Entertainment declared.
1932 Cattleman's Club will be open starting on March 2 up to 22. Their operating hours span from 3 pm to 12 am on weekdays. On weekends and during spring break from March 9 to 12, they are set to open at 11 am and close at 12 am.

Customers can choose to dine in three ambient spaces. The Heritage Room can privately host 24 people, and its crowning piece is a red oak table, while the rest of the space is filled with vintage photographs. The Oak Room VIP Lounge seats 32 people and has its own private bar. The Front Porch is also an option for fast-casual diners and can accommodate 68 people in a semi-private area.
